Johanna Tagada Hoffbeck’s practice is built upon a commitment to extending art into daily life and, likewise, to incorporating everyday life into artistic practice. As an artist who gardens and an Ikebana student, Johanna enjoys caring, gazing, arranging and learning about flowers throughout all seasons. For the past years, she has created monochromatic works on paper, combining painting, collage and drawing techniques. A small selection of these have previously been published in The Plant Magazine and Journal du Thé. Flowers & All We Do is a collection of these artworks with many new pieces. The zine also featured a poem of the same title, written by the artist. -Publisher
