Bats Eyelashes is a zine by artist Lusí-Andrés Ajonjolí and published by Unity Press. Bats Eyelashes is a collection of writing by Ajonjolí during summer 2018 in Berlin, Germany and published in Oakland, California in 2019. The writing is in the form of a journal entry. It coalesces poetic thoughts on the elements of a nourishing life and daily struggles. Both deeply personal and relatable, Bats Eyelashes is for those of us living in unfamiliar places, navigating a tenuous relationship to the internet, and trying to build community and make artwork in the midst of it all.
