Krafwerk: Dance Forever documents the visual output of the German electronic music pioneers from the early 1970s to present. The publication accompanied an exhibition tour which fittingly began in Detroit, the birthplace of techno and dance music heavily inspired by Kraftwerk. The catalogue illustrates the group’s highly influential machine music aesthetic, showcasing promotional material, sheet music, obsolete recorded media, posters, photographs and musical toys.
Included is a flexi disc single, Rusty Egan Presents, Thank You, a tone poem in homage to Kraftwerk and other early electronic music pioneers, many of whom are featured in Kraftwerk: Dance Forever.
