RETURN POLICY

Printed Matter accepts no returns without prior arrangement. Returns will be accepted for replacements or store credit ONLY. No refunds. Printed Matter will not accept returns made after 30 days of purchase under any circumstance.

Printed Matter does not accept returns on electronic media [Audio CDs, DVDs, or CD-ROMs] or books sold “as-is.”

All returned items must be “as new.”

A copy of your original invoice is required for all returns, no exceptions.
